Apple Watch activation & syncing

To activate the Waterllama app on your Watch, simply finish the Onboarding flow on your iPhone.

Apple Watch app will activate once it syncs the progress.

If the Apple Watch app and your iPhone is not syncing, please Force Restart your iPhone & then Force Restart your Apple Watch.

If syncing between your Watch and iPhone is still not working, you can try to wait for a day or two (as the issue may resolve itself) or please do the following.

  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone

  2. Scroll down and tap Waterllama

  3. Toggle Off Waterllama to Uninstall it

  4. Force Restart your iPhone. Then Force Restart your Apple Watch. Wait until devices turn on.

  5. Open the Watch app on your iPhone. Scroll down and tap Waterllama. Toggle it On to Install.

  6. Launch Waterllama on your iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time

This should fix the syncing.

Sync data between other devices

  1. Go to your Waterllama Options (top right icon on the home screen)

  2. Activate 'Apple Health Sync’

Your data will begin automatically exporting to Apple Health.

Any other device that is synced with your Apple Health will be able to see this data.

If your other device doesn't support Apple Health, unfortunately, you won't be able to share the data.
