Change the start date of your period

If you have started the Period and then want to change the start date, first, you need to cancel the current period:

1. Go to the first day of the current period
2. Open the Tags screen
3. Tap the Period tag
4. Confirm that you want to cancel it
5. Once done, you can select any previous date and start your period on that day!
